- 30 Days or More Before Check-In: Guests who cancel 30 or more days prior to their check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% refund, minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee
- 14 Days or Less Before Check-In: Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
Please note that the 3% payment processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
