Welcome to The Guest House at Juniper Ranch, a charming standalone 830 sq. ft. home nestled on private acreage in the Color Cove neighborhood. Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance, with breathtaking views of Thunder Mountain and historical Sedona ranch land.

Conveniently situated just a 5-min. drive from West Sedona, this hidden gem offers proximity to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, ensuring you have the best of both worlds - a serene retreat in nature and easy access to town.

Whether you're a solo traveler seeking solitude, a couple desiring a romantic escape, or a small family yearning for quality time, The Guest House provides the ideal haven to experience the essence of Sedona.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply cabinet.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in-person as needed.

Juniper Ranch is located off of Dry Creek Road in the historical Color Cove neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of ranch land, horse properties, and estates on large 1+ acre lots. This is a quiet residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

The place is quaint and quiet. In a beautiful neighborhood with views of lovely sedona landscape and rock formations. We go to Sedona quite a lot and this is one of our favorite places. The bedroom is comfortable. It is just a small place, but has just the right amount of space for 2. We really like quiet and secluded and it worked perfect for us. Highly recommended.

The place exceeded expectations and was the perfect spot for a couple to get away. Spotless and well stocked home and the seating area out side provides a great place to unwind. And the view from the kitchen is amazing. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Retreat

This little gem was larger than we expected and suited our needs perfectly. From the moment you step through the doors you feel calm and relaxed from this very serene setting. The bed and linens are super comfy. The location is very close to some of the best hiking in Sedona. The location is far enough from the main roads to be super quiet yet close to all the great restaurants. I could not have asked for any more with this rental!

This was such a beautiful spot. As soon as I saw the covered porch with a view, I was sold. It was just as beautiful in person and tranquil as well, which is exactly what we wanted. The porch is surrounded by nature and trees, and the neighbors felt far enough away to feel private. We spent a lot of time sitting there taking in the scenery, and listening to the birds. It was easy to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable (the sofa was not comfortable at all but this is such a small issue as we rarely sat on it anyway). The bed was very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Clara, for the lovely stay.

This was such a perfect place to stay for my and I. We were in Sedona for around a week and this airbnb was so close to everything we needed. It was also just secluded enough to really feel like we had privacy and could enjoy just lounging at home for the day. We will 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Sedona!

We really enjoyed the gas fireplace early in the morning. The location is near many trailheads so it was easy for us to get to the trails early enough to get a parking space. We’d stay there again.

This is a really beautiful and peaceful place. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Clara was very responsive too. The one issue was that the internet was not quite good enough to have zoom calls but if you are just coming here for vacation that shouldn’t matter.
