This is a great house! Very clean and comfortable. Cute back yard, nice hot tub although we didn't use it. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was comfortable. The driveway is REALLY steep and you will scrape the bottom of your car. My friend has a sedan and it scraped the bottom of her car. I have a large SUV so I was able to make it up and into the garage - it is crazy steep and not fun to unload from the street! Another thing that should be made clear - The garage door is set to close automatically after 1 min. I had my SUV pulled in the garage, with the hatch open it was outside of the garage a bit. We were unloading and while inside, the garage door closed automatically, hitting my hatch, it pushed it down leaving a large scratch on my SUV. The garage door did not stop when it felt resistance and continued pushing down on my car. I think this should have been noted so we were aware it would close automatically.

Great location - central to Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome. Hot tub and fire pit awesome adds. And, a well stocked kitchen with gas stove for those who like to cook.

Stayed a week for my birthday and it was amazing the fireplace outback was our favorite place to be the whole trip it was wonderful looking at the stars . The huge closet was also amazing for planning and picking out outfits for the day would definitely book again ??

Nice quiet neighborhood - place was clean and well appointed and we enjoyed the hot tub! Driveway is not only steep but we found our vehicles bottomed out on the sharp changes in grade at bottom and top of driveway - best for vehicles with high clearance on the bottom. Host has quick response time.

This was exactly what I needed for a girls trip!! There were 3 girls so we each had out own room, which was amazing. And already thinking about bring back my family with extended family, as it could easily fit 8 people as well. We did not get a chance to use the awesome back yard or games in the driveway, but hoping to rebook with our husbands (and family) to utilize more of the house. I was able to unpack my extremely overpacked suitcase for a two-day trip in the huge closet in order to pick what I wanted to wear. She communicated extremely well and had no issue. Only downside is the STEEP driveway, but that is communicated in the listing. Plan ahead for this. I called a wine tour and they said they would pick up from the house, but ended up booking with Bliss and they did not pick up from Cottonwood. We did the wine tour which was amazing, but in the end we did have to drive to Sedona for the start of that. House was amazing!! Clara was amazing!! We'll be back!!

Stayed here for a few days for our Mini Moon! I have had some bad experiences lately with Airbnb but this experience really turned it around for me!! The house was VERY clean and nice!!! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing trip and really loved the smaller town of cottonwood! 10/10 recommend and would stay here again. :)

We had a wonderful stay in Cottonwood here at Juniper Trail. The location was convenient to Sedona, Jerome and surrounding destinations. The driveway is very steep, so be careful if you have a low car. The neighborhood was quiet and the home felt comfortable and private. Clara provided everything imaginable for us to use in the kitchen including pot and pans but also spices and oil. When we had a minor difficulty in the house Clara was quick to respond and answer questions. I would definitely come back to stay here again!

Great place to stay and relax. We'll equipped and spacious. Drive-way is very steep so you may need to have a high clearance vehicle to use the drive way and garage, or you can park on the street like i did and walk up the divide way. A little challenging in the rain with sandals.

Pros: breathtaking views, house is clean, great host and good amenities. Cons for me: the whole reason why I booked this place was to be able to stay in the master bedroom since the photos of the closet looked beautiful. However, the very first day I go into the closet and I see termites residue at the bottom of the closet wall, it was quite a bit, it really freaked me out. It was so noticeable idk how it wasn't fixed before. But anyways I let her know and she was very nice about it, I just didn't feel comfortable sleeping in that room with my baby. So I had to take my family of 4 to the other bedrooms which was pretty cramped. So It was a struggle for us and really made our stay awkward. The lighting in the house is extremely low/dark at night, it needs brighter bulbs, I could barely see anything at night. I wish it had average lighting at least. The dinning light had 1 bulb working. The house is beautiful tho, we fell in love with the view, location and the house itself!

We had a great stay at Clara’s place. We felt like we were in our own home and the backyard swings were amazing! Clara was very proactive with her communication making sure we had everything we needed. Even though check in was at 4:30pm, we got into town a few hours earlier and got the green light to check in at 1:30pm. Just in time for our daughter’s nap. And if you have a toddler…. You know nap time is sacred ? Overall, we loved staying there! It was comfy, a convenient location next to coffee, and a short drive to Sedona.

Clara's place was beautiful. The house was easy to find and about 30 minutes from Sedona. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. My kids loved the chair swings in the back yard. The hot tub was nice and we had a couple of clear nights that we could star gaze as we relaxed after a day of exploring. My only complaint was the driveway, it's very steep, even with my Explorer we were scraping the bottom pulling in. One of us would get out on the road, walk up the driveway, go through the front door and open the garage door to pull in.

Very nice home! Extremely steep driveway, keep that in mind as you arrive/leave the front door and ascend/descend the driveway when arriving and leaving. Not senior friendly but it worked for us. Nice hot tub, fire pit and decent beds. Very beautiful aesthetically! Responsive host and a the kitchen had plenty of dishes and small appliances. Very comfortable arrangements.

Clara’s place was beautiful and really close to Sedona. It was really easy to find and Clara was really great about answering questions quickly. And I love how she has suggestions on places to eat and fun things to do in the area. The only thing I didn’t like about the house was how steep the driveway was. My cousin has a Tesla and it scraped the bottom when he was going up the driveway. So if you have a low car I would recommend parking on the street so you don’t scrape the bottom of your vehicle.

Clara's place was incredible. My whole family loved our entire stay. It's the perfect location if you are visiting Sedona. it's outside the hustle and bustle (crazy busy if you know what I mean) of Sedona but near enough that you can make multiple trips in one day. The house is extremely cozy and great for a big family. In addition, Clara checks in on you everyday to make sure everything is going smoothly and up to your standards. would love to stay again soon!

Clara’s home is inviting, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The front patio is a lovely place to have morning coffee. The hot tub is a great amenity to have after a day of adventures. Beautifully laid out house that fit our group of adults and kids perfectly. Everything was super clean and ready to go for our stay. It was a very peaceful neighborhood with lots of areas to relax and read. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and utensils for cooking at home, and is very close to supermarkets, Starbucks, and other restaurants as well as plenty of hiking and national parks. Clara was also super helpful with our questions and responded quickly!

We’ve visited the Sedona/Cottonwood area several times and this was one of our favorite stays. We came for 2 nights to hike in Sedona and this was a wonderfully priced, located, and accommodating rental. The house was clean, check in was a breeze, check out was even easier and Clara was extremely helpful/responsive. The hot tub feels amazing after a long day of hiking! Highly recommend going to old town Cottonwood and trying the local cuisine. Our favorite was Pizzeria Bocce! Most certainly will stay here again! What a great experience.

After a series of less than stellar Airbnb stays we had almost given up on them, but when we found ourselves in Sedona with weather that wasn't conducive to camping (like we'd originally planned) we found Clara's place last minute and I am so glad we did. This home was perfect. You could tell a lot of thought went into every detail and we really appreciated the small details that most places seem to be lacking these days. It was only a 20 minute drive into Sedona and there was everything we could need close by. The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the kitchen was fully stocked. 100/10 would recommend.

It was our first time to Sedona/Grand Canyon and it did not disappoint! We loved it so much that a second trip is already in the plans, but with our kids! Location, Location, Location! The home is located in a cute, quiet neighborhood and only a quick 20-ish minute drive to Sedona. We enjoyed the backyard/hot tub/fire pit especially after hiking all day and ending our night on the porch with a drink while watching the sunset! The owners have thought of everything- zero complaints!! The space is beautiful! Our trip wasn’t long enough and we will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you so much, Clara!
