Newly Renovated 1BR in Old Town

Just what we needed for a quick weekend away. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Quick to town. Very quiet and neighborhood felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Clara!

The perfect place for my healing/spiritual retreat. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great communication, perfect amenities and loved the smell. Would absolutely stay here again. It was my little sanctuary for the week and looked exactly like the photos. Only 20 min beautiful drive to Sedona.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and very walkable to anywhere you’d want to go in old town cottonwood. The space was well decorated, bed was comfortable, good instructions, and overall a great place to stay. If we need to come back to the area in the future we would definitely stay again. Stunning little casita located close to food, shopping and wineries! We loved our stay at this lovely place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a long weekend or longer stay. The house on 4th street was wonderful! Easily accessible, private, well decorated and very comfy. Great location for a day drive to Sedona, Jerome and Prescott. Walkable to local restaurants, watering holes and the Verde River trail. If you are interested in exploring all that Cottonwood has to offer, this is the place to be.

The location was great for our stay. The room clean. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off every time we cooked. The bathroom is very small. It needs an elongated toilet for sure. There is no room for toiletries.

The place was just like the pics. It was clean, cozy and decorated so chic. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Loved the Nespresso! The a/c units worked very well and kept us cool during the heat. Highly recommend this little gem.

My only negative comments and less than 5 stars on a couple are that it is not for someone my size, 6’5 and 300 lbs. My wife enjoyed and was very comfortable but I wasn’t. More of my fault than the owner. I should’ve looked closer at the picture.

I had an amazing stay in Cottonwood, AZ! The space was impeccably clean and the host was incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Main Street. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

wow what a great find! my boyfriend and I frequent airbnb stays often. this spot treated us so well for a romantic adventure getaway. I would stay here again 100percent. we love to hike sedona trails and this spot is a quick 30min drive to any trail in sedona. we walked and scootered (we brought our own) the downtown cottonwood area. cute shops and stores. a quick drive to verde river access for fishing too. Carla's place was SO nice. Very clean and the decorations had us calling it our honeymoon bungalow. We enjoyed movies on the couch and slept amazing in the bed. We have had trouble sleeping in other stays elsewhere. Kitchen was fully functional and my boyfriend cooked often w stove and oven. he was hooked on the nespresso machine which we enjoyed every morning and saved us on my fancy latte expenses! Quiet, clean, no problems. Host allowed us to check in early and messaged us at 202pm when she knew we were getting in at 2pm. awesome stay! highly recommend merkin restaraunt too

We loved our stay in Cottonwood. It is so walkable to town which we really enjoyed. It is such a cute town to stay near. The place is so clean and well decorated. We stayed for a couple nights and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. The bed was super comfortable. The weather was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute outdoor space but it would be fun in nicer weather to sit out under the stars. Highly recommend this stay if you want to have some fun in cottonwood! Walk out and enjoy the restaurants and wine tasting rooms and have a cute and nice place to stay.

We loved our 4 night stay at this VRBO. The house was very clean and comfortable and fully outfitted. The location is great. Short walk to excellent restaurants, brewery, & wine tasting. Easy access to hiking and mountain bike trails. This rental will be our first choice for our next trip to Cottonwood.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house in Cottonwood. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location for walking to most every place we wanted to go. We walked to old town, restaurants and even the state park for some hiking. The property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a Cottonwood getaway. We'll definitely be back!!

We had a great time at this airbnb! The unit was very cozy, and very comfortable. The host had provided for everything we could need, and we felt right at home. It was cold outside, but the heater worked very well and kept us nice and toasty ? the bed was also especially comfortable, we had great sleep even our first night, which is not always the case. We would definitely recommend to others!

Everything was great! She was the perfect host. The home was super clean and smelled great. The only thing I have to say was that the wifi was not working and I depend on having inter for work. Other than it was great.

Location was very (a couple of blocks from old town Cottonwood's main street where several excellent restaurants were located. The Red Rooster was our favorite. Short (1 1/2 miles) to Starbucks. Bed was extremely comfortable and living room was set up for watching TV while having a snack. Quality furniture. We believe that we got a lot of value for the cost. Highly recommend the place.
