This home is located in the Kachina neighborhood of West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more!
A car is recommended for traveling in Sedona, Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in the area. The home is about a 10 minute walk to Local Juicery, Layla's Bakery-Cafe, Famous Pizza, & Basecamp - Sedona Beer Company.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Up to 2 pets are allowed with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150/pet.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
