My family and I enjoyed our stay! The home was just like the pictures. Clara was super flexible with check in since we arrived earlier than planned and she was responsive within moments with any questions I had. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend Clara’s place for your next trip to the Sedona.

Lots of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Great spot for us to spend Christmas together after our original plans fell through. Good location - great view from the backyard. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and bag toss. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. My group was only 4 but we all thought our beds were extremely comfortable, even the smaller one. The home was cute and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. Clara was VERY responsive when I needed help. The only issue we had was with heat and she did walk me through the settings. It was our last day and the temp still dropped but honestly I’m not sure if it was user error or something else. We loved the area and were quickly able to get to Sedona and Jerome in 20 - 30 mins. Also had to make a wal mart run which was right up the street. The neighborhood itself was quiet. I would definitely book again and would love to book in a season to utilize the cozy back yard and hot tub.

The place was exactly as described. The neighborhood seemed nice and quaint, like any suburb. We had our 6 month old baby with us, so it was really nice there was a pack n play and high chair available -both were very clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked and had coffee available which was a plus. Location was great as well, we spent majority of our time in Sedona which was an easy 25 ish min drive. One thing to note that when we arrive there was a for sale sign -which I think if we knew ahead of time wouldn’t be an issue so it was just a bit alarming thinking that realtors can just pop in to do a showing with the padlock on the door. However, Clara was very responsive with my message asking about it and assuring us that the realtor is aware of our stay and won’t be coming. So it made us feel better about it! Overall the stay was great!

Clara was an excellent host and incredibly easy to communicate with, very attentive and efficient when we had requests. The house was everything we needed for exploring the area, very comfortable for 3 couples. The 3rd 1/2 bath made a big difference in the mornings getting ready for the day. We loved the hot tub after a chilly day on motorcycles and the big beautiful dining room table for eating breakfast together, looking at maps, and winding down the evening after delicious dinners in old town. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from Old Town, but in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. Highly Recommend.

Comparable to hotel for price (obviously slept more than single hotel room) a little further from Sedona than we were expecting but that ended up being ok for departure because we explored Cottonwood after checkout. I just wish I would have realized

This was easily one of the more peaceful vacations I have had. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay and it was very clean. Aside from the small hiccup with the freezer door not closing everything was perfect. The hot tub and fire pit made for a great relaxing night. Clara is super responsive and a lovely host!

The house was clean and included all the items that you would expect in a house (I.e. fully loaded kitchen, iron, basic cleaning supplies, etc.) The beds are very comfortable and clean. The only problem we ran into were bees outside when trying to use the hot tub one morning but they did eventually go away. I think they were just attracted to the chemical smell. Everything else was good for the price.

Our stay at this Airbnb was really good. Clara was incredibly responsive and communicative, promptly addressing any questions we had and offering solutions for anything that needed attention. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had everything you could think of for a pleasant getaway. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was nice, providing a pleasant spot for a bit of fresh air. I enjoyed my short stay and wish I could have planned to stay later. The place was very nice, worth the price for sure. I went with two other people and there was plenty of space for way more people. I stayed at this Airbnb to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We drove from an Airbnb in Phoenix technically Tempe to this Airbnb. We were able to drop off our luggage early then proceeded to drive to the Grand Canyon. The host was very responsive, when I asked if I was able to check-in early, allowed us to drop off our belongings while the house was being cleaned. We were so grateful as we had perishable items. I enjoyed the hot tub though it had a bit of a smell, we could not figure out what it was. We had access to everything we could need and it was located in a very nice and scenic area. My mother commented that she loved the tiles in the bathroom which lead to a lengthy conversation of her admiration for the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks for a lovely stay!!!!!!!

This home was beautiful and spacious, the hot tub was nice but only used it one day during our stay because of the heat. Overall it was a perfect place and we will 100% book here again next time we come down, 20 or so mins from Jerome and 30-40 mins from Sedona or slide rock.

We had a magnificent stay here. We found we liked cottonwood more than Sedona. It was less touristy but still a cute downtown, cheaper prices and excellent food. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Still close enough to Sedona to do the hikes and anything else you would want to there but removed enough that you aren’t bothered by the traffic and constant tourists that are there.

Spent a great weekend at Clara’s place in Cottonwood. Check in was a breeze and she was very responsive! 4 adults and 3 kids stayed here and we loved the layout, the pack and play that was provided and the outdoor space with a fire pit, hot tub and twinkle lights. This is a decent place for 3-4 people. It’s about 30 min from Sedona and is also near Oak Creek and Jerome. The outdoor area and hot tub are nice features. The kitchen was missing some staples and the pots and pans need to be replaced because they’re completely scratched up. The house wasn’t clean when we arrived but Clara graciously sent the cleaning person back over to fix it up a bit. Overall it met our needs but we weren’t blown away.

Our family just did a mini road trip around AZ. This was our last of the 4 places we stayed! Clara was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed! The home was clean, cozy, well stocked, and the beds were THE MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again for hosting our family!

Great spot for families. Lots of space and close to groceries, coffee and everything you need. Lots of hiking nearby and great to relax at Clara’s after a hot day.

Had a great stay at this place. Clara was very communicative and provided all the needed information for the trip. The house was spotless and looked just like in the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked as intended. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. The hot tub was perfect for star gazing on a winters night. The house is a good location if you have a car. Old cotton wood and Jerome are close by and neat to check out. Sedona is a close and you can even make it to the Grand Canyon for a day trip. Would highly recommend stay here ?

We loved staying at Clara's airb&b. the house was newer, clean, and stocked. Clara always responded quickly to questions and left clear instructions for check in/out. The house is close to Main St. where there are many restaurant options and things to do. Totally recommend!

This lovely space was just as listed and shown on the website. There were five of us in our group and the home had a good working kitchen and space for all of us to relax. The coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, dishwasher pods and other amenities were very nice as this time our stay was only four days so buying/bringing all of those items would have been a hassle. The location was a short distance from Sedona which was perfect. We even used the backyard fire table and hot tub during our short stay. We do travel and rent places two or three times a year and would consider staying here again!

The place was amazing, super clean, modern furnishing, and a huge backyard. It was a short business trip, but we would love to come back and stay longer here. this place was way above the standard that you can find in Cottonwood. Clara is an amazing host, a hard-working person, and dedicated. Very communicative and understanding. In other words, if you plan to stay in Cottonwood, you should not miss this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Verde Valley! The home is beautiful. We have 4 young children (ages 6-14) so it was very nice to have plenty of space, the beautiful kitchen, and of course the hot tub! We also loved being able to put our rental van in the attached garage. This is truly a special property!!

Our family was very pleased with this place. Great place for a vacation in the Verde Valley. There are always minor things in any place, and the only thing I mentioned to Clara, she said would be attended to. All-in-all, a great place and we truly enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED staying here! This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The space was wonderful. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space, comfy beds, and full kitchen. We’d absolutely book here again if ever back in the area.

After being cancelled on by another property with less than 24 hours of notice we came across this listing. We were in town for a wedding in Sedona and Clara’s listing saved our vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the commute to Sedona wasn’t bad at all. Cottonwood has everything you might need just down the road from the house along with some great spots nearby like montezumas castle and the town of Jerome. Would definitely stay again!

The home was perfect. We enjoyed the set up and lay out of the home. We enjoyed the back yard with the hot tub and cozy firepit. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The house had a new home smell and made us feel like we were the first to stay there. We would definitely recommend.
