Logement fidèle à la description. Situé dans un lotissement paisible, tout était très propre ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et bien rangée. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain bien loties en serviettes de toilette. Le SPA est un vrai plus surtout après avoir randonné. Les espaces de vie sont bien pensés. Rien à redire, tout était parfait.

Clara was a wonderful hostess. She was proactive in reaching out to make sure our stay met expectations. The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was eclectic but peaceful. We were concerned about privacy upon arrival, but the presence of shades around the yard and the hot tub were sufficient. We enjoyed visiting The Neighborhood Coffee Shop and Eden restaurant in Cottonwood. Only a 30min drive to Sedona.

I only leave Airbnb reviews when the places are really great. This one is really great in terms of a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but still easy to get into Cottonwood and Sedona. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything we needed, right down to coffee filters and equipment for the grill, was all easily located. We plan to return to this area again, and I imagine to this listing as well.

Stayed 5 nights with my family (two teenagers and an infant) and everything was great. The boys enjoyed the backyard space playing corn hole and hot tub. The house itself was extremely clean, cozy and felt right at home. Kitchen had everything needed for making meals at home. Close driving proximity to grocery stores, Walmart, CVS, etc. Downtown Cottonwood area is less than 10 min drive with traffic which was really nice. Sedona is 25-40 min drive depending on area/traffic. We took a day trip to Page, AZ (3 hour drive) and coming back to Clara’s home was like getting back to our own home. Great communication and responsiveness prior to arrival and afterward. Great place to stay if you’re looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This house was perfectly clean in an excellent location. It was perfect for 3 couples. Ample parking. Not a single paper cut. The hot tub was important to us and it worked perfectly. The tub is fine for 4 but there are 6 seats.

Went for a girls trip to do some Hiking in Arizona and we came across their Air bnb and decided to book. We absolutely loved everything about it. The location was easy to get in and out of, the house was extremely clean, beds were amazingly comfortable, and we would book again when we return! My friends and I stayed here for a girls' trip, and it did not disappoint! The views from this home are stunning. The neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home, whether it be relaxing in the jacuzzi or staying in for a movie night. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed to do so. The home was also under 30 minutes from most activities that we had planned. To top it all off, the host was very kind and super responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Our experience here was great. Stayed with our family of 4. Our boys (4 and 6) loved the corn hole which kept them busy during our downtime. The hot tub was great to have after days of hiking in Sedona and it was clean and functioned well! Clara was a bit slow to respond when I initially booked but as our check in approached she was wonderful proactive, responsive and able to provide recommendations for the area. It was a great house in a quiet neighborhood about 30 min. from uptown Sedona. Highly recommend for families looking for their own space!

Clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub was an amazing treat after hiking the Red Rocks! FYI - fire pit has been removed Water and ice from fridge are not working so if you want/need filtered water and/or ice you’ll need to purchase. My friends and I had a great girls getaway at Clara’s cute mid-century mod place. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Clara's place in Cottonwood. The home looked just like the pictures. The hot tub was set at 100 degrees when we arrived and just needed a short time to be comfortable for an evening soak. The home is in a quiet neighborhood near the river and we were out walking each evening and morning (after a good night's rest in the comfy beds). The views are beautiful. Lovely green mountains when we arrived and snow covered when we left! I highly recommend Clara's place in Cottonwood and will definitely return.

Clara's responsiveness was excellent. Upon arrival, we found that the hot tub (a deciding factor for us in choosing this Air BnB) needed to be cleaned. Clara responded that evening to my concern, and had her pool service onsite first thing the next morning to attend to the issue so that it was ready to go for us later that day. The location was perfect for us. The deck was a great place for morning coffee and watching hot air balloons rising over Sedona. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glassware, etc. for those wanting to make meals. There are large walk-in closets in two of the three bedrooms. Is this a 5* luxury location? No. The furniture and fixtures are basic and a bit tired. Also, if you're someone that brings a lot of toiletries and make-up, be prepared for a TINY vanity and cramped space in the master bath. But the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the host was prompt and responsive to questions and concerns.

Wonderful peaceful stay for our family vacation! We had a 18 month old toddler with us, and it was perfect. The backyard and hot tub were beautiful!! Clara was very responsive, especially when we ran into minor issues like with the door keypad and grill. Because of her quick responses, we were able to get these things addressed right away. We did a hike in Sedona every day, and it was about a 30-40 min ride there and back.

We really enjoyed the stay at Clara’s house. The home was easy to find and close access to downtown Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, Prescott. The beds were very soft. The back patio was wonderful after a day of exploring. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and some rounds of cornhole. The neighbors next door have hummingbird feeders set up and we were able to watch them feed in the mornings while having coffee on the back porch. I’d say overall the home served as a great home base after days of adventures with just enough touches to make it feel like home. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for what we needed for 6 girls! We had a great time in cottonwood kayaking to a winery and the house was only 12 minutes away from our adventure and downtown. The power went out in the evening which is the host’s fault and she was quick and responsive to transfer us to a different house if it didn’t come back on. We did a girls trip to Sedona and loved this place so much. My favorite thing was the bedding. The pillows, sheets and blankets were actually comfortable and cozy unlike most air bnbs I’ve stayed at. A nice house in an extremely quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from old town cottonwood. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, huge and private and a great addition to the house. This spot is amazing! Outside the hustle and bustle of Sedona but close by to get there when you want. We had a wonderful experience staying at Clara’s home in Cottonwood. The neighborhood that it is situated in is peaceful and quiet. The beds were also very comfortable and Clara had all of the necessary kitchen amenities for us to be able to make meals at home in order to get a break from going out to eat! I highly recommend visiting Jerome as well as Old Town Cottonwood which are both quaint areas. Bocce was great for pizza and Silver Son West is an amazing shop to visit. And Sedona of course! The hot tub at her home was great as well, giving us the occasion to unwind after a busy day visiting the sites. All in all, we had a great holiday and hope to be able to return to the area in the future. Thank you to Clara for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment!

This house is so peaceful and pretty! It’s a cute little quiet house with chairs and bonfire outside, which was perfect to unwind after a long day in Sedona. I highly recommend staying here for peace and quiet, as well as to get away from the crowds of Sedona. Cottonwood also has some cute shops and restaurants in town as well. Clara is a great host - you won’t regret staying here.

Or stay was great. Clara's communication throughout our trip was excellent. All accommodations were as noted on Airbnb. This house was close to a lot of great food and hikes.
