This is such a beautiful home and absolutely immaculate! It is a great layout for a family or two couples! The primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. The home is in the heart of Sedona and a short drive to everything you will want to do! It’s close enough to walk to great restaurants and shops, but the road is windy and there isn’t a sidewalk so I recommend driving. The creek behind the home is so peaceful, and a relaxing short walk! Clara was extremely helpful, considerate, and great to communicate with! We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this home!

Very modern well kept place. What stood out was the kitchen. Probably the best well stocked kitchen we have ever seen. Everything you could possibly want was there. From a beautiful large set of sharp knives, handy appliances, all the dish wear you could want, complete selection of storage containers, spices…the list goes on. If youre someone who likes to cook in a well equipped kitchen, this place is it. The only downside was, the kitchen was so well stocked there wasnt much room for the food! Very spacious house with large picture windows, nice red rock views. There was a beautiful path right from the house down to Oak Creek where you can wade in the water. Super comfy King bed and everything was spotlessly clean.

This is the Best Airbnb in which I have ever stayed. This home is exquisitely beautiful and even comes with a creek! My family and I truly enjoyed Villa Vida. I highly recommend!

Lovely home in a perfect location. Between West and Central Sedona. Five minutes to our favorite restaurants, Whole Foods and close to hiking. This home also a path that leads to Oakcreek from the backyard. We loved walking down and soaking in the creek after a day of hiking. The home was really clean and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Our family love our stay at this beautiful house near Sedona downtown very much! it’s very close to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, yet very quiet and private. We also explored the trail at the back of the house, and it leads to a beautiful creek. The house itself is very well designed and has everything you need in a luxury home. It was a lot fun to use the grill at the deck and then enjoy the jacuzzi while looking at the spectacular view of the red rock mountains. You could also see this scene from the high ceiling kitchen and spacious living room from inside. And Diane and Jared were so proactive for recommendations and fast in responding for any questions. We had such a wonderful stay here, and would definitely come back again!

The house was perfect. So much attention to detail. Really welcoming and proactive hosts. The jacuzzi overlooking the red rocks was a huge hit! We can't recommend this place enough!

Thank you Diane and Jared for a lovely Sedona stay among the red rocks. We enjoyed the views from the kitchen and quite literally from our beds! We retreated to the deck after a hike for more sunshine and a soak in the hot tub, (which was super easy to open and close up, clean, & perfect temperature). Your home is sparkling clean, and well appointed if a guest were to cook in the kitchen or grill. Thank you for the bottle of wine, as well as your clear instructions and recommendations for hikes and restaurants. You were both quick to respond and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything at all. We definitely recommend your property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a first class home.

I have to say the pictures and description are accurate, but don’t do Villa Vida Sedona justice. The house is beautiful and welcoming, with gorgeous views and an excellent location - close to everything. The short hike to the creek in the back was fabulous as well. Would highly recommended and hope to stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very cozy and spacious for our family of 5. We loved the big kitchen and living area, where we would gather after a long day of sightseeing. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to everywhere we needed to go. Another bonus..there’s a short path in the backyard that takes you to beautiful Oak Creek! Jared was always responsive, and answered all our questions.

We had a really lovely stay for several days. We will definitely be back. The home is perfectly located. We enjoyed the short walk to the creek, which shouldn't be missed. The home was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything was very comfortable for our family. We loved making breakfast in the chef's kitchen while enjoying lovely views. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful.

We’ve stayed in Sedona previously and knew the neighborhood we wanted to stay. This is a great location to catch the morning sun, hang out on the deck with your morning coffee, or if you’re so inclined, walk down to Oak Creek and sit on the rocks with your feet in the water. The house itself was impeccably clean, well equipped and comfortable. The views from the floor to ceiling windows do not disappoint. Everything in the kitchen looked brand new and was as well stocked as any rental home we’ve ever had, including a full selection of spices , Tupperware and new high end cookware. We had a small hiccup with the electric door lock but Jared with the management company got back to us immediately and cleared up the problem.

If you are looking for privacy, peace, beautiful views on a pristine setting both inside & out look no further! Although in a secluded neighborhood near Oak Creek, it is super easy to get anywhere in W Sedona, Uptown, Thalaquepaque, or even the Chapel area. Kitchen is supplied with everything you need plus, and super organized. Great coffee station. The biggest gift is hiking down to Oak Creek behind the house about 10 minutes, a serene spot on the creek awaits you.

This place was awesome!! We kept saying it was how Airbnb's "used" to be -- aka better than hotels and a "5star experience". Diane and Jared were amazing! Very responsive and accommodating -- they went out of their way to make sure our stay was incredible from start to finish. Their little touches and personable messages made our stay one to remember. What a marvelous home! It had a wonderful open-concept "heart" of the house for the family to gather for many different activities (indoors or out), yet was spacious enough to allow everyone to retreat to our separate bedrooms in various parts of the house for some solitude when needed. I particularly enjoyed the separate access to the deck and hot tub from the primary bedroom. The house was well appointed with high quality items including gorgeous wood furniture that grounded the house and brought nature in. We loved the tall windows offering constant views of red rocks, the Oak Creek foliage, and the private path from the house that calls you to follow it to the creek. It was the thing we loved the most about the house. We will return for another peaceful visit soon!
