Pool! Hot Tub! Spacious 1800 foot single-level 3-bedroom, 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood centrally located near hiking trails, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery stores in West Sedona.
Shared Spaces
The living room includes comfortable seating for everyone, fast WiFi, 65” Smart Television, and fireplace. The dining room features seating for up to eight. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig with coffee supplied. A full size washer/dryer, including detergent, and iron/ironing board is available for your use. Slides/slippers are available for your use indoors (to help keep the inside clean during your stay) and are sanitized prior to each stay.
The private, fully fenced backyard features a large swimming pool with depth ranging from 3 feet to 11 feet suitable for lap swimming, games and relaxing. You’ll also enjoy a hot tub, propane grill, fire pit and dining table for 8.
Where You’ll Sleep
This home features a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom. The second king bedroom adjoins the shared hall bathroom. And the third bedroom includes a queen bed as well as a fold out convertible twin chair and room for a pack and play (provided). The living room sofa converts to a queen bed.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Parties are not allowed.
